Who do you think will win and why? Nagato is not edo but he is healthy.

I would say Nagato wins.A healthy Nagato can take care of most things Kisame can throw at him.

This is pretty one-sided seeing that Nagato can absorb all of Kisame's Suiton. Nagato is far above any one Akatsuki member bar Obito, and possibly Itachi.
