Perfect Susanoo can only be broken by Naruto, and Hashirama can take care of him with his Mokuton.

Hashirama's Bijuu 1-3 can deal with Jiraiya and Kakashi.

Killer Bee and Itachi are taken out by Madara's Perfect Susanoo.

Hashirama uses Flower Tree World after disabling Naruto and Jiraiya and puts the rest to sleep.

Since Itachi is an Edo, Madara uses Soul Rip to seal him away.

team 2 has nothing that could ever stop itachi besides possibly human path but with endless ammy spam i cant see madara getting close enough for that.
so team 1 wins. also team 2 has nothing to match narutos speed or kakashis kamui
