Too much red and the placement of the render isnt very good. Avatars heavily depend on those 2 key elements so I would give you .. 6/10 .. btw the pattern is hardly visible on the second avy, casual user wouldnt spot the difference IMO.

thanks for CnC, yeah i noticed it was very red, tho looked the way i wanted to be =p next time will blend it better =), and about position yeah, you are right but smaller would be hard to see based on my render, i should probably make a 150x300 as well =)
