People who have been posting their top ten and including Kabuto must be joking. I dont understand how they are considering their facts.
Most of them only base on his edo tensei summoning.
But if we were to based shinobi's powers on that, then why dont they include the Second Hokage who developed the justu and Orochimaru who used it
also to fight the Third Hokage. Orichimaru could have also summoned a lot of edo if given the chance but was stopped. Kabuto might have even learnt or stolen
the justu from him.
So to me although he is strong, maybe first 20, around 16-20, he is not the strongest. Look at how easy Itachi defeated him.
The Logic is Clear, Kabuto is not the strongest.
