Well maybe but same clan doesn't mean that they're directly related hence why the Hyuga clan is still going if they were getting with non Hyuga's the bloodline would be diluted.
Each clan has tons of families in it they're not all blood tied so it wouldn't be incest but in any case it's quite unlikely though it would be cool.
