No, Shisui had the most powerful Genjutsu he wasn't the best Genjutsu user, and Sasuke already overcame Danzo's Izanagi spam.

As for KA...if you know you are in it then you will be set free as seen with Mifune when Danzo used it on him.

In this instance it is, he's placed behind that big bosses already, so it's pretty legit.

If you know that you're in KA you will be released, that's what happened with Mifune.

So any jinchuuriki who is strong enough should be above him..since they can will be able to tell if their jin is under a Genjutsu.

He's overall the greater shinobi! For one he has the element advantage, Bee's uses taijutsu Danzo has plenty of seals (as displayed against sasuke that would trap him in his steps. This would force Bee to transform into one of his verisons, Danzo would avoid this with Izangi (spelling) and counter with his wind release techniques, that easily expose incomplete defensives (can't think of its name right now -_-). Ultimately it will come down to than 8-tails vs Danzo's summoning, who greater in size and too very powerful. Now this than will leave a perfect time for Danzo to use KA as well. Danzo always has the 1st DNA.

To use the seal he used against Sasuke, Danzo will have to touch him and he can't touch his cloak in V2 Mode.

Baku is taken out using a TBB which will easily hit Baku if he uses his suction technique.

Izanagi is a moderate problem but as long as Bee keeps killing Danzo then he will have nothing to worry about.

KA can be broken by the Hachibi.
