Did the manga state that his 2nd Name really belongs to a clan?

A clan is a family whether or not all of them were ninja is a different story but yet he is from the namikaze clan but i think one of the reason that make minato so special is because his clan was nothing special nor was it unique and yet from this ordinary clan rose a genius like no other even his blonde hair is a trait nobody else in the village had further distinguishing himself from the rest of the village.

No! Some people just have a bad habit of pointing everyone with a surname as a member of a "clan" and picking the most trivial of their skills to be their "clan abilities".
There's no clan Namikaze, clan Haruno, clan Hatake, etcetera. These are just surnames.

dude minato being fast has nothing to do with being namikaze he is just a prodigy amongst ninja nowhere does it state that namikaze are a fast clan and if that was the case then narutos base speed would be a lot higher also i dont think namikaze is a clan its just a family name

I know. But i never found any manga chapter or an alternative believable source which stated Namikaze is a clan. Thats why i was wondering why people still saying it. I thought i missed something

no, such a statement was never given in the manga. Lee, Sakura, Ramen guy etc. are probably not part of a clan
