why kiddo Sasuke didnt awake the MS when his clan was wiped out?

As titled, he should have done so... or at least awaken three tomoa. Seems like the wipe out of his clan was not enough for him.

cause obito got it over a chick that he's best friend killed and itachi is the one that killed the clan ahahs

i could have sworn to awaken MS you had to kill someone close to you. Sasuke didnt kill anyone when his clan was wiped out. Itachi did. And thats why when he killed itachi, he received it. Also, this is why obito/kakashi had their awaken when Kakashi killed Rin.

Obito's feelings were stronger I'd say... Sasuke was more attached only to Itachi anyways... he Dad always treated him like a step-son and his Mom always warned him about getting in Itachi's way... It's the same as Kakashi's case. They lost consciousness right after they awakened 'em and it took a long time for them to awaken them again.

He never killed Itachi , Itachi died from a disease; Sasuke earned MS from learning the truth about Itachi.

Well Kishi has been pretty consistent with the whole "kill your best friend to unlock MS." Madara and Izuna were shown to do it. Itachi killed Shisui. Sasuke killed Itachi. Kakashi, with Obito's eye, killed Obito's love, Rin. Now the only person with MS that we haven't seen kill their friend is Shisui and he was in Root (I think), they were made to kill their best friend eventually.
