A demon who wants to destroy Earth is sealed within the testicles of a guy. If he ever ejaculates, she will come free. To free their leader, her subordinates try to make him ejaculate but he befriends one of them, who has a fear of penises. It's ecchi, but I like it for the humor. I don't think there's an anime adaptation(misread thread)

What's Dr. Slump about?

Well, karekano is the only love story I ever liked. But I can see why: the anime is directed by Hideaki Anno, same as in Evangelion. So the series show a very deep analysis of characters' personalities (for instance, Yukino-the female protagonist-is a girl that pretends to be perfect because she loves the attention, fame and status it gives to her. Since she's from middle class, she feels like she will never be able to outstand in other ways, so she sticks to her hypocresy..etc), and their feelings (the common ones of inexperienced teenagers). So more than a really lovely-pink love story, it talks a little bout real relationships' problems...and ofc, there's a lot of humor.

Anyway yeah anybody else watched Eden of the East? It's pretty cool it's a drama and I guess mystery anime.
It's pretty hard to explain it but I thought it was pretty good, animation quality is top notch. It's on netflix if anyone has that I recommend a watch

Personally I'm not that huge of an anime fan (not that i don't like it, just that i don't spend a significant amount of my time with it and i typically don't watch anything more than the real mainstream anime or attend conventions and cosplay and all that junk). But here's my list so far.

the disapperance of haruhi was intersting, but they keep talking. It was different though. I don't really watch the series.

if you like women swinging blades around at each other then witch blade might be the anime for you as well. *kinda vulgar though..*
shikibane hime was also interesting. it's about undead female super soldiers that fight off evil spirits, i never got to finish the series.

Yup, I've seen the whole series of The melancholy of suzumiya haruhi, including the movie.
