Rate Sharingan users without Sharingan

Why are people rating Obito so poorly, if anything Itachi is the worse considering he's practically blind. Obito still has Hashirama's cells as well as a few techniques like that wack a mole technique.

And I don't think you'll be hypocritical enough to say that fighting evenly with a strong jonin at the age of 13 is a small feat.
Itachi was not shown defeating even a chunin without his Sharingan. As I said, he absolutely, in 100% of instances, used Sharingan in all his known fights. Hell, he even had it activated most of the time outside the battles.

Those last two links are fights? A nearly blinded opponent? Defeating Sasuke with taijutsu? Nice self-made fact. Sasuke clearly blocked it even though he was almost blind. That isn't getting defeated, it's effective blocking. Is that all you have? Face it, Kakashi always resorts to sharingen in tougher fights. So your point about Itachi over-using sharingen is laughable, when copying 1000 jutsus is quite the lark in itself, when this is what Kakashi is famous for. Now maybe you'll shut up?

He started going blind when he thought he could spam his Susanoo as shit against Kakashi.

Kakashi clearly had the upper hand, he swiftly avoided Sasuke's kick while Sasuke could only block Kakashi's.

Kakashi always resorts to sharingen in tougher fights.

Itachi resorts to Sharingan even in smaller fights.
According to you, Kakashi is so beneath Itachi, right? Especially in Part I?
Then, according to you, Itachi resorts to MS even in such "small" fights as against Part I Kakashi.
Now you have to choose - either Itachi had no option but to use MS against part I Kakashi or he overuses his Sharingan. There's no third option available and I'm pretty interested in your choice, anyway.

Itachi-has shown to be the smartest on the list or tied with kakashi....so with his intelligence combined with his high level taijutsu and weapon mastery...I'd say mid jonin
Kakashi- let's not forget as a kid he was promoted jonin... he has a high level of taijutsu on par with gai without the gates...is extremely smart...and if he never had the sharingan he wouldn't have copied jutsus so my guess is that he'd created a few of his own. High jonin
Sasuke- was shown to have above average taijutsu in part 1... but it would never be at the level it is now because his sharingan helped him copy lee' taijutsu...so it would have gotten better with time but not like lee's or ateleast not so soon.... he is a skilled fire tech user....chidori would be useless without sharingan....proven (read kakashi gaiden)...so that's out but he has lighting element so he would have created some other jutsu and maybe still learned kirin.. he is very skilled with weapons....but the sharingan has a bit to do with that....go watch all his past fights even in part 1...he's smart also just not on par with his brother. High chunin o low jonin
Obito...he was a chunin at a young age so idk....still seemed like fodder to me...and if he didn't have sharingan he would have no reason to be saved....... final analysis...DEAD. lol
