Tobi and Obito two different people? And what about Zetsu?

So from these past chapters we can see Obito and how he rehabilitated and what not and the two people helping him are the white Zetsu and what appears to look like Tobi with him having the same face as the mask Obito used to hide himself. So my question is, was Tobi while he was partnered with Deidara and the silly guy we seen throughout anime actually that clone along side White Zetsu and Obito was kind of laying low for a bit? Because I honestly don't see Obito acting that kind of way, especially after what happened to Rin.

My next question is about the Black Zetsu... Madara said his will is in that Black Zetsu.. Also we seen him dying after explaining everything to Obito. So in a sense can we call that Black Zetsu Madara or no?

I don't mean two different people, I meant two different personalities. Didn't he absorbed that white zetsu within his body? So it can be the same thing as when Sasuke absorbed Orochimaru, there may have been one body but there were two subconscious' going on.
