Do you think Susanoo hurts cells of a EMS user?

We know that summoning Susanoo takes chakra, but besides from that Sasuke says here that the risk using Susanoo is that it hurts every cell in his body, and like he says himself it was even only the ribcage:

But recently we've not directly seen a side effect on him. Do you think the reason behind this is because he got EMS? Maybe there is no risk summoning Susanoo for a EMS user?

This is what I thought as well. I think that EMS might reduce the strain, but not completely. Like Uxellius said, if his eye still bled with Amaterasu (which implies strain/pain of some sort), who's to say that Susanoo doesn't still damage him. I think it says on the Naruto wiki that Susanoo takes your life force to sustain itself, so I think that is what the pain in the cells is.

Well.... it says that using susanoo it will protect you, but it also takes away your life, saskue life just got short by a lot... it is the user's guardian deity, but at the same time, it consumes the user's life, is what the offical information on the susanoo says.

I'm sorry, I meant that the only shown EMS trait is its unability to be blind so even through Sasuke has EMS his Susano'o still hurts him
