This chapter confirmed that Obito and Madara can indeed use all of the Rinnegan techniques...so now no one can say that they can't, cause they can!

wasn't it given that tobi & madara both can use all the rinnegan techniques ever since obito got the rinnegan from nagato's corpse??
like we've seen obito summon the gedo mazou but he besides from that he hasnt really used any other rinnegan powers, perhaps in the future fight ( after the flashbacks)

Remember that time when obito used the rinnegan to turn all the edo jinchuuriki into the 6 paths of pein lol
