So actually in this last chapter Kishi just trolled us again. Nagato is from the Senju linage!!

This means he's somehow related to Hashirama and at the same time to Mito Uzumaki since everyone knows Nagato is an Uzumaki.
Would you come to think he's actually related to Tsunade and he almost killed her??
I think Kishimoto is going to get us very surprised very soon. This is becoming really interesting since the idea that Nagato is a Senju and an Uzumaki, just like Tsunade is, is really scary.

What are your thoughts about the latter?? And what could this turn in??
Is Kishimoto about to reveal us one of his secrets?

I thought it was because Minato didn't want the village knowing he was his son or something like that so he was given Kushina's surname.

It seems some people are slow, actually alot of nb members.
Nagato or any other uzumaki isnt a senju, they are uzumaki's who are distant relatives of the senju, but they arent senju.

Look at it this way. You and your cousins, or 2nd cousins most likely do not share the same second name. However you are still related and share the same ancestry, either from your grand or great grandparents. So your second cousins last name might be, williams and yours might be collins. Related, but distantly related.

Infact the same can be said about the senju and the uchiha who are also distantly related, yet nobody calls uchiha's senju or vice versa. The senju and uzumaki share a common ancestor which is the younger brother. Whether the younger brother had two kids who started a family of their own and one became known are uzumaki and the other became known as senju is known. Or whether the younger brother just had one kid and this kid had several kids who branched out and became known as uzumaki and senu is known. But just because they share a common ancestor doesnt mean they are the same.

Btw i thought it was common knowledge that tsunade does have senju and uzumaki blood in her. Though she could more than this because its her grandparents who had this lineage
