Where's a good place to get a sig?

well a lot of people just get it from the internet just type a character you like like naruto sigs and they will pop up

As minato23 said, there's a GFX request forum here on the base. You can request basically whatever you want and someone will make it for you. It's standard to give rep to anybody who makes a legitimate attempt at your request.

Do I have to offer a render as a base for them to work on, or can I just say "I want a sig with *insert character name here*" and someone would make one. And of course I would give rep. Have to show gratitude.

I think it makes it easier for them to offer a render, and it makes certain that you get an image you want. However, you could just say, "I want a sig of (character name). Use whatever renders you want."
