Is Tsyukiomi exclusive to Itachi/Sasuke? People on the forum keep saying that everyone with MS has Tsyukiomi/Amaterasu which I don't believe to be true. Every MS has its own ability (Obito's Kaumi)

& even if it was a trait that was in all eyes (99.9% sure it's a no) then what would Itachi's & Sasuke's individual MS abilities be?

Also do you think that Kishi got lazy and didn't want to think of any MS abilities for Madara/his brother for the EMS & instead gave him wood jitsu to use?

they all have tsukyomi and amaterasu when they awaken MS but each MS is unique for example
Itachi's own is good with Tsukyomi
Sasuke's own is good with amaterasu
Madara's own is good with susano'o
Obito own is good with S/T ninjutsu although we haven't seen him use amaterasu or tsukyomi.

It depends which MS user unlocks which ability. So IMO, all can not have same MS capabilities. In the same way, All MS users can not awake Susanoo.

I'm gonna go on a whim and say that Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are rare MS abilities since whenever people saw Amaterasu they called it legendary. Also Susanoo was said to be rare by obito himself so maybe uchiha's with Amaterasu, and Tsukuyomi are considered prodigies such as Madara

Edit:Another thing is it's most likely exclusive to them because Kakashi nor obito have either abilities.

No kid shisui had koto amatsukami in his eye while obitos eyes had kamui. Itachi and sasuke had the same power/from itachis eyes thats the only reason their ms abilities were similar.

I don't think so since it's an extension of amaterasu. To me, it's be like saying yasaka beads is a separate jutsu

Imo, its an incorrect assumption that all Susanoo users have access to Tsukyomi and Amaterasu.

Keep in mind that most of the reason narutopedia assumes this is because of the databooks stating that only after unlocking these two will you awaken Susanoo. These facts were based on one case, and only applied to Itachi once more MS abilities came into the picture.

Obviously Kishi meant to utilize the old Japanese legends to the fullest, but I think he decided to add more MS abilities later on, that have nothing to do with the legends. Bottom line? I don't think Sasuke has Tsukyomi and I don't think Madara has either Tsukyomi nor Amaterasu.

Madara,Itachi and Sasuke has Amateratsu,Tsukuyomi and Sasunoo. How much you wanna bet that Itachi and Sasuke are from Madara's bloodline somehow. All three abilities are a direct match in mythology that Kishi carried over to the manga. For an example, Tsukuyomi represents the moon(In both Naruto and Mythology). Now think about that for a second, before this moons eye plan was ever stated in the manga, the Databook clearly states the origins of Tsukuyomi and what it represented. So that would mean that Amateratsu represents the sun. Now do you understand how Amateratsu(Sun/Sister/1st child) and Tsukuyomi(Moon/Brother/2nd child) are match? Then comes Susanoo who was born last in the mythology and of course is the last MS to be awakened which also is the 3rd ability.

This would explain why Tobi stated that even Susanoo was a rarity after gaining the MS. It would also explain Danzo's comments on how even though Sasuke had the same powers as Itachi, he was still nothing compared to Itachi.

Think about it this way. Why do you think you have to be a direct sibling to gain the EMS? Its because your MS are compatible with your brothers. This means they have the same abilities which allow their MS powers to combine and grow stronger. Sasuke's special feature was Amateratsu because he could control the flames. Itachi's was Tsukuyomi because he could control the time limit within the genjutsu to his will.

Not too sure to be honest but it's likely that since both Itachi and Sasuke have Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi it's because they're brothers. If Madara does happen to have both techniques then he and the two brothers must have some lineage. I used to think awhile ago that each eye contained a special ability but who knows anymore, lol. Still seems plausible at least since Itachi had a more advanced Tsukiyomi while Sasuke can manipulate his Amaterasu and Obito/Kakashi have Kamui while Shisui had Kotoamatsukami. Who knows anymore lol
