Why does an uchiha need senji DNA to unlock Rinnagan???

In the latest Naruto chapter 606, it states that you need senju DNA to unlock Rinnagan
but it contradicts some logic so i'm posting this(sry if there was any other thread similar to this)

this is the problem
Uchihas are a descendant from the elder son of the sage( who inherited sage's eye power, he also had Rinnagan )
why would any uchiha need senju DNA(sage's younger son's DNA) to unlock the Rinnagan which was completely in the elder son's DNA to begin with

as you can see the Rinnagan has nothing to do with the senju i.e the descendant of the younger son of sage
the lineage of Rinnagan is Sage(Rinnagan user) -> Elderson(Also had Rinnagan) -> Uchiha's
its more logical that sharingan directly evolves to Rinnagan

plz explain me ...am i missing sumthing
plz dont say stupid answers such as "bcos the manga said so" or "bcos madara said so"

it looks like the older son didn't have rinnegan but some kind of swirly pattern for his eye
he also didn't inherit the yang chakra, like the younger son did, so because of that it probably made his eyes the swirly pattern
which is probably an ems and the uchiha's blood are real thinned so they have to get an ms plus another ms to equal ems then senju dna to make rinnegan

Things have yet to be fully explained, we don't know the origin of the Sage or his sons, and what actually happened at the time of his death. Right now it's Madara's assumption that one must obtain Senju and Uchiha DNA to unlock the rinnegan, because that's how he unlocked it.

The bloodline may have become tainted over time resulting in the formation of two new Doujutsu that originate from the Rinnegan, those being the Byakugan and the Sharingan.

well if you actually look at the elder son it wasn't actually the rinnegan that the sage had its a swirl and some how down the heritage the sharingan formed so my guess is that because senju and uchiha are half of the sage by mixing there dna they can attain a portion of the sage also sharingan has to have some restrictions to gain rinnegan. also rinnegan could be a form of uchiha and senju coming as one

i thought that too but if the blood line is too thinned won't you need the same DNA to get more concentration of that power (i.e more uchiha DNA like to MS to get EMS) and how would Senju DNA increase the power of the eye technique of elder brother ....isn't like totally opposite powers yin and yang ...so how would yang increase the power of yin

The elder sons eyes weren't rinnengan, if they were they wouldn't have been portrayed as a spiral but the actual rinnengan. Needing senju dna just seems to fit. The sages power is the rinnengan, he split his power among his sons. So if both sons were to join again it would be the sage's power again.

the base power of charka is senju and uchiha powers, uchiha are therefore on a top par to be close to Over powering if they aquire senju power, while the senju clan have been passed down and forgotten passing on the will of fire,
so uchiha who gets senju have "divine powers" like izanagi and such.
Rinengan is the origianal senju and uchiha eye from sage, and thanks to any sort of uchiha gettin hashi cells will be close into awakining their rinnegan from the origin of senju and uchiha balance.

Its simple, the elder sage did not have the complete Rinnegan because he did not have the full DNA of the sage. The fact that his doujutsu was a swirl pattern proves that he was lacking something. Clearly only combining the DNA allows access to the fully-functioning Rinnegan.

Obtaining the rinnegan requires both sets of dna, because the rinnegan is of the sage, who had senju and Uchiha qualities inside him.

sage = eyes + body.

you can't be a sage unless you have both.
i d assume that if a senju takes an uchiha's eyes, he ll get the rinnegan aswell and become a sage

the only thing is its stated clearly in manga that sage power => eyes + body(life force,strength etc)
all of the power regarding eyes were passed down to elder son (i accept he didn't have the exact rinnagan but only a variation of it maybe a bit inferior)
so if there is any kind of power up regarding the eye isn't the elder sons lineage enough

Because the rinnegan causes too much strain on a normal body to withstand and therefore requires the life force instilled upon the younger brother. It was an attempt to ensure the brothers stayed loyal to each other in order to achieve their potential.

Think about it logically.

Madara just said he didnt obtain the rinnegan until YEARS after he implanted Hashi DNA into his body. The elder son only had a very small portion of the "body" of the sage, which is why his rinnegan was incomplete (swirly). The body obviously provides the life force to create the rinnegan--Nagato had the body of the sage (Senju descent) so he was able to reawaken the Rinnegan completely whereas the elder son only got a swirly rinnegan. The elder son obviously did not have as much "Sage DNA" as Nagato had when he reawakened it, or that Madara had implanted inside himself for that matter.
