Does Obito Have EMS?

Now we can all definitely say Obito has Madara's Rinnegan which was seen to be another stage pass the EMS...so, does he have the EMS or not? I'm just curious because while Nagato never used the sharingan he also apparently didn't know those eyes weren't even his, but Obito does know their history. So, does Obito have the ability to use it and if so, does this mean he possibly posses Amaterasu / Tsukuyomi (either or) in Madara's eye?

Pretty much. Like I had said, Nagato never did so but he didn't know it was a sharingan either. Kakashi on the other hand was able to switch from 3 tomoe to MS.

Susanoo = Amaterasu + Tsukuyomi. Madara has Susanoo therefore Madara has Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu.
