well naruto was fighting a war he was fighting kage edo madara itachi & nagato so he hasnt been a fullpower sice he left the fight with him in raikage while obito has

also he can substain bm longer the jinz are beat immediately by bm naruto i know naruto cant touch obito but obito cannot hit him either if he trys to warp him he will get barraged by rasengans and clones so i say its a stalemate

I believe naruto to be better, Obito is only on that level because he has his Kurani. Which is a completely overpowered Ms Technique.
