The perfect sussanoo....

simply this is madara used perfect susanoo before and rinnengan is not a requirement
proved by this

It's already comfirmed dude, Madara said ; It's said that anyone who has seen it dies. We know madara awakened his rinnegan is nearly dying. so PS is at least EMS jutsu. But i believe, it's just about MS, you need to huge chakra reserve and experiance/ skill for stabilaze it. It's perfect Susano'o.
