Kakashi has been getting alot of underrating and overrating lately and honestly i just want to put him in a few situations so people can understand where he really stands against certain people and what he really can do in certain situations.
1st off, kakashi versus itachi or sasuke. Itachi has the best chance in victory here sasuke has 50 to 55% chance of winning.
To elminate this sasuke spam amaterasu or itachi uses amaterasu shit. Sure kakashi cant use kamui as much as sasuke can use amaterasu but he has just as good a chance as hitting sasuke with kamui as sasuke has of hitting him with amaterasu. In truth i think kakashi has master the timing and aim of hit kamui on a incredible level compared to sasuke's amaterasu. Kakashi's timing with it has been amazing, and he was able to take in an entire naruto clone without tobi even noticing.
2nd, As far as taijutsu goes there's no reason to believe itachi or espeasially sasuke would have the upper hand, they all have sharingan and can predict movements. Kakashi and sasuke both can use lightning release on there weapons so sasuke wont have the upper hand there. Itachi's great taijutsu skills tied in with his crow summons and crow clones however would give itachi the upper hand. I would say sasukes hawk summon could help him like it did against danzo, but with kakashi's multiple dog summons i doubt itll be much help.
3rd Suasnoo, sasukes(not itachi's) favorite. Suasnoo arrows are difficult. But kakashi is quite fast. Lets not forget that when sasuke used it against kakashi that he was caught completely off guard and didnt know of the attack. This is no longer the case, danzo was able to grow a tree out of his arm before it got to him. I dont think its a stretch to say that with sharingan kakashi could either dodge it, stop it with his earth wall jutsu, or counter it with lighting blade. And kabuto was able to dodge it so its not impossible, sage mode or not he was able to dodge it and he has no speed feats. Itachi's suasnoo doesnt need to be brought up really the only thing kakashi can do is try to dodge totsuka blade same as sasukes sword. But however, both susanoo's have the same weakness to kakashi. Kakashi is known to make good use of his ninja tools such as his smoke bombs(as use on deva path) and he can attack itachi and sasuke from underground where their suasnoo has no defense that we know of. And a attack from underneath them would prove fatal for both sasuke and itachi.
4 Itachi and kakashi's brains are equal. Sasuke...not so much, his brains are equal to naruto's if you ask me, espeacially after that poor display of intelect in his fight with kabuto. Not to mention he's easily mocked and thrown off his game brain wise by his emotions. When it comes to stradgey and intellegance battlewise sasuke is behind both kakashi and itachi.
5 Genjutsu wise naturally sasuke and itachi have the advantage...but i doubt theyll be able to catch kakashi in one. Ninjutsu wise it doesnt matter how you slice it kakashi has the upper hand, with sharingan he has the elements to counter all their attacks and sasuke's full body chidori will be about as useful as Dauri's water and lightning jutsu combo against sasuke...didnt do shit. O and sasuke fans favorite, kirin? Most likely countered by lightning blade or deffinitly countered by kamui which was about to take on 5 TBB's

Kakashi theoreticlly can beat any and everyone in naruto except obito because he can beat kamui, no one else can we know of. keep in mind IM NOT IN ANY WAY SAYING KAKASHI IS EVEN TOP 5 but theoretically he could kamui their whole body just like he did to naruto's BM clone. The Jutsu i believe would be able to cover come a counter atempt by use of the proper element by kakashi is Madara and Itachi's fire style( this does not include things like wood stlye or dust release).
There's no one in the series who i would put beating kakashi in tai jutsu in a land slide victory besides the 1st or nagato(Wood growing unexpectingly from his body would prove a serious problem for anyone(besides obito) as would nagato's multiple arm growth) an minato only if he tags him tho.
And i doubt anyones catching kakshi in a visual genjutsu easily
Conclusion
Kakashi is a med to high Kage level ninja
The only people he for sure will not beat in a one on one match is...
Madara
Nagato
BM Naruto
Hashirama
Muu
Sage mode kabuto(Mostly due to sound genjutsu honestly)
I feel like i may have missed someone be idk, either way the way i see it right now anyone else against kakashi, that fight is up for grabs
