The Sharingan is a kg belonging to the uchiha clan. The dojutsu is activated when the ninja is in a dying/ heat of a battle.

The first tomoe allows the user to predict movements made by the opponent. It also allows the user to break through D rank genjutsu's.

The second tomoe allows the user to predict and copy movements made by an opponent e.g. Sasuke copying rock lee's tai moves in the chuunin exams.
It also allows the user to track handseals. The user can also break through C rank genjutsu's.

The third tomoe allows the user to see the fastest of motions, copy the same motions made by the opponent and predict the opponents next move. E.g. sasuke and naruto at the valley of end. It can

The final stage of the sharingan is the mangekyo sharingan. It is awakened when the most closest once dies, they have to witness this in order for it to awaken.

As Kakashi sees your chakra being concentrated through Sasuke's lungs, he knows that it's a fire chakra due to the hot temperature of it, and he sees Sasuke performing the handseal, predicting that Sasuke is going to use the Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique, since he already knows it and encountered it before, just the second the fire is released to Kakashi, he raises 2 gigantic mountain sections from in front and behind Sasuke, the mountain section in front of him catching the fire while both walls clashing together and crushing Sasuke in between.

As Sasuke see's the 2 large slabs of earth coming from behind him and in front of him , he creates a chidori in his left hand and spreads it to create bolts of lightning to rain down in a circular area around himself, destroying the two pieces of earth.
As the water begins to form around sasuke, he covers his left hand in wind chakra, and slashes at the orb of water.
He then performs the horse handseal and exhales a massive wall of intense fire that travels towards you and your clones.

Their is only one person who deserves my full power, and the only way I can reach my full potential is if I make my way to Orochimaru.
