actually itachi never betrayed them. he joined to watch obitos movements but never did anything to even slow them down. he helped them murder 7 people and do alot of missions

Obito has one Mangekyō jutsu and possible one Senju jutsu (if we're assuming he doesn't have to be fused with Zetsu.) Itachi has three Mangekyō jutsu and two legendary items. Both have access to Izanagi and Izanami. Itachi is smarter due to Obito stating that he was constantly amazed by Itachi,

having more doesnt mean he has better. if obito is facing alive itachi then alive itachi can be trapped in izanami because it wasnt till after dying that he accepted himself and stopped lying

I personally think Itachi is better rounded in his ninjutsu, genjutsu, and weapon skills

itachi don't have endless chakra reserves, so obito can outlast him yes but other hand, itachi is known end battles quickly and kishi showed just how amazing this phella can be. sharingan genjutsu trapped b finds out he's in genjutsu and when managed to free from it kunai's already on course

prolong things is on obito's side, but since 5 mins is his limit, and itachi can use low chakra tech's while figuring a way to hurt him, like surround him with shurikens,
