I'd say Team Hokage, purely because of the Death Reaper Seal. Hiruzen was able to take Hashirama and Tobirama with him, so he should be able to take 2 people with him this time.

Minato, being the creator of the jutsu (I think), should know the jutsu better (he obviously doesnt have more experience than Hiruzen at doing it lol), so he should take 2, but definitely 1 person with him.

Then it's a matter of 2 vs 1 , or 2 vs 0.

GAME OVER, KAGES WIN.

First of all, Kakazu isn't even needed in this fight its an insult to even call it a fight, Minato trolls time space and kills his hearts, You say all hiruzen can do is take itatchis soul but we didnt get a chance to see him fight at his best casue remember he was holding back on orochimaru im sure he could do alot worst than we've seen, I like minato but saying he will trash madara is a fools comment, Ok yeah hes fast but madara can easily counter well eventually anyway most techniques madara has will destroy minato and remmeber madara can fight for days!! what about minato?? once minato finishes up mina he will literally taunt and play with nagato since madara knows more about rinnengan than nagato and plus you have perfect susano'o how would he break through, i just cant believe your actually saying nagato can trash the rest of the kages only a true fanboy would say that

Do you know of anyone else who can beat hashi?? if so show me proof im sure some "tough guys" tried to take him on, Most of those quotes is mostly because they either got beaten by the guy (jiriya and hanzo) or to gain rep (deidara)

Regardless of whether the target is restrained or not, the shinijami puts his hand through the user's chest and goes for the target's soul. This is effectively invoking a god of death; I don't think the target needs to be restrained if I'm honest. I'd guess it'd be like Amaterasu; follow the target till it gets it. The arm of the shinijami is going for the soul, so unless you're Obito and can stay in the other dimension for some time, you're not getting away.
