But the fact that Minato is Blond , and Naruto resembles Tsunade's Brother

And that Tobi said Naruto has some Senjuu blood in him

Kinda pushes me towards this conclusion .

This is a no for a many number of obvious reasons minato last name is namikaze he was not from a wide known clan nor did his clan hold a a particular skill.Minato was a prodigy that was seen once in a generation something that made him unique among even prized and noble clans.Naruto is an uzumaki which is a distant relative of the senju (not a branch of the senju >> and yes there is a difference a branch of senju implies the senju came first) that is where naruto gets his senju dna or traits and shall i say as he does not straight up have actaul senju dna.
I would also like to point out that it is never indicated nor hinted at that minato was a senju heir that type of information would of been noted and is not something that minato with his fame and world known reputation could hide nor is there any reason for him to hide such a thing.Nor is it something kishi would randomly leave out of the story if such a wild theory were true.your picking an imaginary needle in a imaginary haystack and if you go by that logic then there would not be one person in the manga who wasn't related lol

If Tsunade was Minato's mother, then maybe after Dan's death she gave up Minato for adoption to parents with the last name Namikaze. That could explain how he got that last name.
