Also, those who are both very intelligent and very fast might stand a chance, like Minato showed. Although Tobi was obviously a lot less experienced than he is now.
The Kamui is just such an amazing technique, there are very few counters for it

We have already seen konan strategically place numerous bombs mixed in with her paper shuriken start a chain reaction of explosion that overrides the time obito can warp himself.

Kakashi can now effectively use kamui against obito now that he knows he holds the defensive eye to kamui and has already demonstrated this by helping naruto land a blow on obito.

Minato uses his space time justu ftg to make speed irrelevant and has landed a resengan on obito once before.

Nagato is the only on this list who has not actually done the deed himself although i think a prime nagato could execute a perfect timing Banshō Ten'in and shinra tensei to avoid getting sucked in himself and to avert obito from sucking himself(All to keep him tangible as long as possible as he prepares another justu to strike him) in as he prepares a counter attack
