Sasuke cannot use tsukuyomi. He has ameteratsu and he can control it with his right eye and because he have MS in both eyes he can perform susano as we know, deal with it. If Obito had double MS he would also perform it. Better mark my words once and for all and stop saying the wrong. Sasuke will never learn how to use tsukuyomi as Itachi did. It's and unique tech that Itachi learned only on his own. Just like how Obito obtain Kamui or whatever you'd call it. Not gonna mention Shisui- it's the same way- different MS abilities but could use susanoo. I'm just not sure for Madara, what he's capable of, because he has so many techs right now so we can speculate if he cannot use amateratsu but w/e.

It has clearly been stated that to activate Susanoo you need Tsukuyomi/Amaterasu. Sasuke does possess both of theses techniques, he just hasn't mastered Tsukuyomi yet

Remember ...at the time of dying itachi transferred all of his powers into sasuke ...and without tsukuyomi and amaterasu both one cannot use sasuno'o ...it's not a special power every MS owner can use tsukuyomi ...haven't you heard madara talking about infinite tsukuyumi that shows he knows about tsukuyomi

Ofc Sasuke can use Tsukuyomi, its just that his version is inferior to that of Itachi. Itachi mastered his and could bend space and time freely within it which Sasuke cant do yet.

Because it has been stated in the anime and manga that ones for Amaterasu and the other is for control.

Yes as i said Sasuke's version of Tsukuyomi is inferior to Itachi's, but it doesnt mean he dont have it..
