What if Tsunade killed Raikage?

Just figuring out the chaos that would suppose for the Alliance if Tsunade killed Raikage to protect Naruto.
In first place, Konoha would be excluded from the Alliance and Kirigakure would start a war to kill Tsunade which would weaken the Ally forces. Therefore Konoha and Kirigakure would be destroyed by the enemy very fast and the other villages would fall sooner rather than later.
I know Tsunade was trying to protect Naruto by any means but she should have tried to stop Raikage in some pacifistic way instead of just waiting to fight him.
