It pretty much can as long as its not sage chakra. The user would turn to stone.

everything has a limit
logic
theres only so much a body can absorb
kinda like a sponge has it's limit on how much water it can absorb

Yeah, I'm not to sure whether it turns it into his chakra or not... I think it kinda just absorbs and dismantles the chakra.... because as we all know... you can have to much chakra lol

Yep, it was described as being like a 'bottomless swamp', and such a description is yet to be contradicted.

Most likely, it is stated in the databook.

I don't know exactly what he meant, but Madara DID say something about "that's a little too much..." about the Rasenshuriken and Gaara's sand coming at him at once, right?

According to the databook and the wiki, yes.
"The Preta Path (餓鬼道, Gakidō) grants the user the ability to absorb an infinite amount of chakra in any form using the Blocking Technique Absorption Seal."

However, there can also be a time limit, like the Deva Path and "Almighty Push". Unlike the Deva Path, the Preta Path wasn't used as often, so if there was a time limit, we wouldn't know.

What are you talking about? Of course it can absorb nature/senjutsu chakra. It's just that doing so leaves the user susceptible to the side-effects of overdosing on such chakra - they turn to stone.

Databook says bottomless swamp. That's more than enough for me.

Yes, 1 trillion BM Narutos can fire a TBB at a Rinnegan User & He'll just sit back and enjoy the chakra meal.
