Those of you who know Marvel will probably be familiar with this concept. If you're not, sit back and listen/read.
The Danger Room is an incredibly high tech room capable of producing entire landscapes inside itself that are indistinguishable from real life. It can imitate the atmosphere, weather and can control gravity to make the sensation inside the room completely true to the real world.
The room exists as an extreme training measure and is used to help ninja hone there skills against real opponents in real scenarios.
Every few days or however often is necessary I (or an appointed mod of this forum) will post the current mission i.e:
Name: Trip to Kasajinka
Details: There is a blahhh...
Goals: Retrieve the ... from the ...
Weather/ Atmospheric Conditions:
Opponents: John (Description of powers) etc.
Rewards: Rewards will benefit you in this thread and may be used in some others too depending what they are.
Once all mission goals are completed the Danger Room shuts down and returns to its stable state. Unlocking the doors to other areas.
If a character dies in the danger room they are merely excluded from the current mission/quest type thing and may return once the other people in the group complete or fail the mission.
If there is no mission on currently then you can do general RP here as there are locker rooms, a cafeteria and gardens. These however are out of bounds when a mission is in progress.
If you'd like to be a mod message me with some ideas you have for missions. Plot twists, rewards, opponents etc. and I'll review your request.
NPC's are controlled by Mods. If however there are none online they become open to control for anyone as long as said person RP's fairly.
Here is your first Assignment.
Name: Savior of Laeid
Description: Laeid is a small village which has recently been taken charge of by Salem Clyne an expert water style user. Salem's plan is to corrupt the townfolk and turn thn into warriors whom only live to serve him. His ultimate goal is to own everything. (Typical madman really.) Your goal is to stop him, how you do this is up to you. But he is a deceiptful man and will not go down without a fight! Death is his only option.
Goals: Kill Salem Clyne.
Atmospheric Conditions: Monsoon Season, Laeid is heavily flooded in most areas. Only three buildings are safely standing, Salem's government HQ, The Local Pub and a tall building with an antenna on top.
Opponents: Salem (Master Water Style user and CQ's fighter. His summons can take the form of any sea creature and are able to use Wind Style techniques.).
The Guard (4 men each specialising in a different element. Earth, Wind, Fire and Lightning. Good fighters but careless and easily revoked.)
Followers (The few people already on Salem's side will not take kindly to your intrusion. They are not fighters, but they can try.)
Rewards: Enjoyment. (These will get better over time.)
Any suggestions on how to make this better message me because I want it to take off as I see it being pretty fun.
