Naruto"s Most Overrated and Underrated

In Your Opinion, Who in the Naruto world is the most Overrated and Most Underrated characters?

For Me:
Most Overrated: Madara or Hashirama well there always mentioned when it comes to "strongest" thread or poll so there pretty overrated in my opinion (still like them though).

Most Underrated: Rock Lee (first one that came to mind for me lol) well becuz with guys like the current Raikage with lightning release and guys like Minato and Naruto in bijuu mode rock lee's speed hasn't really been consider anymore but i think he's still pretty fast.

i don't think that rock lee is the most underrated character because when sasuke fought gaara duing the chunin exams, it was mentioned that his speed ha matched if not surpassed lee's. i'm not saying lee is not fast or that he hasn't improved but imo lee's speed isn't so fearsome anymore due to the fact that so many others are just as fast if not faster.

I acknowledge that he is a strong ninja. Some people just take that idea to the next level saying he can beat Edo Madara and other strong characters...

well he can beat edo madara BY SACRIFICING HIMSELF (reaper death seal)

minato owned tobi THEN held his own against full kyuubi WHILE protecting the village, kushina and naruto

minato also owned raikage AND killer bee AT THE SAME TIME

minato also creates his own jutsu - rasengan, FTG, and reaper death seal

Tsunade yes and i do think sasori deserves more credit. the only thing keeping him from getting the credit he is due is the fact he was dumb enough to pu his weak spot like a bulls eye on his chest

minato is undefeated, and he is always at a disadvantage in his fights yet he STILL wins

Overrated: Sasuke (He's strong, but he also got his ass handed to him by Bee, and the Kages [which I know does't mean he sucks, but people think he's so great for fighting them. Nope.])

Underrated: Shino
