Why doesn't Obito just resurrect Run with Samasara of heavenly life to end his view of the world? (A world without Rin is worthless.)

Also why has he used little to none of the path techniques??

It's obvious he did care for Rin, but it's up for debate whether or not he still does. But what he said to Kakashi supports the idea that he still does.

Just because Kishi is a troll, i bet that Kiri did take Rins body, that's why Tobito took over the hidden mist. i bet he already has her body somewhere and is waiting for some plot related event.

I'm not too sure, the way Madara was talking about RT he made it seem as if there's no time limit. I guess it has a cooldown time like Shisui's eye.

I used to think there was a timelimit, but there isn't. Why else would Madara want to be Resurrected with rinnei tensei? When Nagato said he was running out of time, he meant he was going to die so he used the rinnei tensei and died. The technique does not require a sacrifice which is why its OP.

Maybe in order to use 6PoP you have to have both Rinnegan eyes. Since obito has only one, I get the impression that he implanted it only in order to control the previous jinchuuriki. Also, it was stated by Kakashi that jinchuuriki's bodies dont use Pein's skill because it consumes much chakra and Obito did not oppose, here is the page

From the beginning Obito couldn't have resurrected Rin even if he had rinnegan, because if he could, that would mean that he would be ablo to resurrect Madara (he died after Rin so time doesn't matter) so Madara wouldnt have to give his eyes to someone unknown as Nagato.

The difference is that he would be using them all at once, while also using kamui. And Gedo xD
