What about jirayas teacher, the 3rd, and his teachers 1st and 2nd hokage, add those and you can't form a team of less than 15 people than can take them.

Team Hashirama takes this. Consists out of him, his brother, Hiruzen who got trained by them, Orochimaru and Tsunade as Hiruzens student, the Oto Quintett and Sasuke as Orochimarus students, Shizune and Sakura as Tsunades students and Mito as his wife.

Having Obito Kakashi etc in team Jiraiya is stupid. Then we can include Jiraiya + Sanin and all these other people as "team Hiruzem".
