Layers -> Soft Brush on on hair -> Soft Brush right side -> Blending -> Mess with colors "Hue/saturation - Gradinets - photo filter "warming filter"" -> final brushes -> blending "Outer glow" here you go, by the way "no need to be so mad bro =)"

PS. forgot to metion removing Hand on left side.
