Obito and Kakashi awakened MS SEPARATELY!

Way too many people say that Kakashi obtained MS because Obito awakaned it.
No reason to believe this.
Rin was at that time the closest person to both Kakashi and Obito. It's perfectly logical that when BOTH of them witnessed her death, BOTH of them awakened MS.
Unless we are given some evidence to this, you can't say "Obito awakaned Kakashi's MS. Why? Because I find it more likely than Kakashi awakening it." and stuff like that. U_U

I see what you're saying - but I believe the 1st time Obito awoke his MS was while being crushed.

He experienced the loss of everything because he thought he was going to die - and while on the brink of death, activated his MS and sunk into the earth without knowing what he did.

I think that seeing what he saw with Kakashi and Rin triggered his MS to become active again (not for the 1st time though).

I do agree about Kakashi and Obito activating the MS seperately from each other.

I wonder if this will all be presented by Kishi If not - the theories will continue forever!

I Actually think the exact same thing while i believe if one had awakened it earlier it would have awoke in both i think this time it was a simultaneous thing they. kakashi and obito both experienced their trauma to awaken it at the same time so they both got MS at the same time + rep.

Obito being near Kakashi is what first "unlocked" it but Kakashi passed out but doesn't remember it, then he trained his sharingan endurance/abilities and sort of trained it to re-unlocking the Mangekyou Sharingan.

I think they got it at the same time but for to different reason if that makes any sense. Reason why i say that is because I think Obito got his is by witnessing Rin Die and Kakashi got his By Killing Rin.

To me it makes the most sense to say that Kakashi and Obito awakened their eyes separately, but for the same reason. This would imply that the event with Rin and the mist was traumatizing for both of them equally.

they both awakened it at the same time because they both saw rin die at the same time, but they DEFINITELY awakened it separately so i agree with you
