i dont like the term weakest.....because in the shinobi world its all about the situation

shikamaru is a planner
choji is a power house
kiba is a tracker

my point is its not all about fighting ability...inos dad is relaying messages so without him they would loose the war because they cant contact ppl

in a fight ino but they are all useful in their own ways

nah Choji showed his true colors in the war. choji has some use. even Hinata stalled for time when Naruto faught the six paths of pain. Sakura can at least heal, and tenten?......just let her keep that fan weapon, then maybe you could put her to use.

im gonna say ino, but choji has failed me in a few ways. im gonna say ino is the most useless and choji is the most disappointing. Sakura is damn near useless too but because shes a good medic i guess shes alright. but she will never solo anyone over chuunin level imo.

you said it right there. Ino is a Sensor. so why,is she on the battlefield ALL the time? Sakura would be more usuful. she can at least cause some terrain damage with her punches and heal the wounded as a battle medic. Ino should be with her dad and not on the field all the time. let her excell at Sensory techs and stop trying to turn her into a mini Sakura. it makes her look pretty weak.

This would be Ino hands down. She is really only talented when she is in her team formation Alone she doesn't really have much talent, I mean she does but she is definitely the weakest from what we know about her.
She knows some Medical Ninjutsu but not enough to make her talented, she has shown no real combat skill, she is good at getting intel but compared to the Others she is nothing. The Next one I would probably go with Either Hinata or TenTen. Don't get me Wrong I like both of them a lot but compaired to Shino, Kiba, Neji, Sakura, Shikamaru, Choji, Lee, and Naruto they Don't really compare in their league. Though very Talented they are not as Adequate as the others.

That could be due to lack of development, and again Tenten and Hinata both are some of my favorites, Tenten for her weapon expertise and Hinata because she is an underdog but still gives her all and I like the Hyuga style a lot, they just don't get the time they deserve.

I would agree...I love Hinata as well...she would be higher up if she had her full arsenal from the anime...so sadly she doesn't have Protection 64 palm as well as the chakra needles :'( so I'm hoping Kishi had more planned for the Twin Lion Fist as opposed to just a stun punch that the anime made it

I'd have to agree once more XD! Tenten has been shown as a weapons expert so there isn't much left...I'm hoping that Fan found a new hone with her despite being told not to use it lol! Ino we know know nothing of aside from mind transfer and basic medical ninjutsu

I would have to say Ino, ten-ten or shino.

Ino isn't useful in her own regard as many people pointed out. Take way her team and she has medical ninjutsu and sub par taijutsu. Ten-ten specializes in weapons but the all ninjas specialize in avoiding projectiles so it's kind of a useless skill. Apart from that she hasn't shown much else - but this could be due to lack of plot progression. Finally shino has literally not shown a single sign of progression beyond the time skip. He is the same as he was in part 1 so I think that's worth noting since everyone else has at least shown development somewhere.
