darui Kai's out of it like any competant jounin can. shee showed alot of intel on uchihas so i think he would have told darui. saying his name isnt necessary. the pot records the opponents voice. you need only answer to being called and your sealed.

Kurenai escaped her own genjutsu, which had been reflected. Orochimaru, on the other hand, couldn't escape kid-Itachi's genjutsu without losing a hand. Sage Kabuto was sufficiently cautious of an adult Itachi's genjutsu to just close his eyes entirely. So clearly it takes more than a "competent Jōnin" to make Itachi's genjutsu useless.
