Can A dodge Kamui ?

He was able to dodge Amaterasu while in V2 so would he be able to do the same with Kamui ?

As long as someone is able to fool Sharingan eyesight, hes able to dodge both of these techniques. So answer to you question is yes.

Depends on whose Kamui we are talking about. Can he dodge Kakashi's? That depends on what A is trying to do. If A is on the offensive(Which he probably is) making direct attacks like he normal does, I doubt he can dodge Kamui since Kakashi has greatly improved on the tech.

If it's Obito's Kamui then no, A can not dodge it. The speed at which Obito absorbs someone is too quick, and the only way Minato escaped is by using his own S/T jutsu.

It has nothing to do with seeing them coming, since both techniques just appears, you just have to be fast enough to not let Sharingan user focus his eyesight on you.

Not really, since it appeared on Cerberus and it was way longer range than five meters. Same can be said about situation when Sasuke use Amaterasu on Bee.

He didn't dodge it. Kakashi sucked at it at that time and even so he managed to cut off Deidara's arm. Kakashi hit a susanoo arrow, which is pretty fast, with kamui. Why are people saying kamui is slow ? Are they talking about obito's ?
