Madara and sasuke

i am starting to wonder why madara, sasuke and itachi share the same ms occular abilities, and about all ms sharing the same ms abilities, that i dn't believe for if thats true tobi should be able to use susanoo and madara should be able to use k.a and kamui. and again i believe ur ms abilities cmes from ur family blood line, thats why sasuke and itachi share the same ms abilities. so what am getting at is this what if there is a sought of blood relation between madara and sasuke, and maybe thats why tobi chose itachi and sasuke to continue the uchiha legacy.

^^this is wrong susano as obito said is something thats rare to awaken u dont just need ms in both eyes but u also need tsukyomi and amataratsu as well

You need Ms in both eyes and Tsukiyomi and Amatersu to unlock sussano. Both conditions are required. Otherwise, if a character has sussano, you can assume by default that he has Amatersu and Tsukiyomi. Their proficiency depends upon the user. Sasuke is better at Amatersu and Itachi is better at Tsukiyomi, and Madara seems like he could have mastery a both considering that he has a perfect sussano.
