i dont like minato. so i was judging fairly. fact of the matter is minato's done alot and hashirama's done nothing. till we properly see him fight, that is

Well now I would say one thing. Minato can't just murder Hashirama. We can't know much about him, but seeing how Madara fights we are to expect Hashirama has at least equal speed and tajutsu to Madara, probably a lot better.

Yes surely Minato can sense him in the darkness, but it is impossible for any shinobi to sense the location of kunais even with marks on. If hashi moves them in the darkness Minato can't use them since it is too dangerous, frankly Minato is a close combat type, and Hashirama is a distance, so as long as he keeps distance Minato has no chance at all, and it's easy to block or throw a kunai at the incoming kunais that he throws.

Also the dead demon seal requires that you prevent your opponent from using jutsu, meaning you have to hold his arms while performing it. And as I just explained Hashirama would never allow Minato to get close to him, since he is a long range fighter. Besides it is as Madara said, the maps had to be redrawn after they fought, so really this alone is enough to know Hashi>Minato ....

Another person I said could beat him is the 3rd Kazekage. Magnetism will totally blow him, since he can't use kunai. His only chance is placing seals on something none-metallic like wood, but that wont work very well..

Why wont it work very well? Did you see the tobi fight?
Another thing is false in your post: minato doesnt need to touch anything with the dds read the chapter when he sealed the kyuubi he never laid a finger on him and the seal worked. It was only hiruzen who copied minatos tech who had to get a hold of oro and the hokages.
