Hahahaha! Plot hole is more simple in Bleach...? I'm sorry, Naruto is currently FULL of plotholes. People are spotting them left and right and adding Obito as Tobi just threw in so many more that it's just ridiculous. Bleach has no plotholes solely because it has no plot really. It's just like DBZ, new arc, new enemy, what is the author doing.

Only One Piece out of the top 3 Shonen Jump mangas is the one with any actual and decent plot going on.

Besides that, I still love all 3 series.

But to answer the OP question. I'd have to say when the fights to the Espada began. Look at the 2 animes, Naruto's big fight anime was Pein vs Naruto. To be frank, that was a horribly animated episode. Bleach on the other hand, Ichigo vs Uliquorra was just unbelievably amazing, it made my hair stand on end.

Animation wise, Bleach tops Naruto any day since their team has more logic and common sense.
