A part from sealing and sending him to the other dimension think of other ways to defeat him.

I say Naruto surrounds him with as many BM clones as possible. Then he spam as many TBB as he can until his chakra runs out. This will cause multiple explosion which will completely vapourise Madara. Meaning no cell will remain so he can't regenerate.

-Overload him with sage mode chakra and turn him into a madara frog statue.
-Throw him in the gedo mazo.
-Make the wood on his chest grow out of control with kurama chakra and turn him into a tree.
-Pull his soul out with rinnegan (obito has to do this one).
