Are you kidding? Sound 4 without any doubts, the only one who would had a chance to hurt them is Lee.
Pretty sure the other three have killer attacks as well. It could go either way though.
Sakura vs. Jirobo - I'd go with Sakura. They're both strength brutes but Sakura seems smarter to me (contrary to popular belief she's not stupid). If she gets medical tools then her job becomes easier.
Sakura obviously owns Jiroubo as he is the weakest of the sound four and she has counters to his moveset. I say she wins mid difficulty.
Hinata vs. Kidomaru - Honestly it depends on how well Hinata has improved on her gentle fist. She should be able to find Kidomaru anywhere since P2 Hinata isn't limited to 50 meters, but I don't know if she can break down chakra substances like Neji can. Neji's more skillful overall. Since we don't know of any special trump cards from Hinata I'd go with Kidomaru here.
part 1 Neji>current Hinata so Kidomaru wins. Hinata does not have rotation or full body blow. She does have vacuum palm but she will eventually get trapped by spider web. Kidomaru wins mid-high difficulty.
Tayuya vs. Rock Lee is a tricky one. I'm sure he could dodge and even beat back some of Tayuya's demons, but he might not fare well against Genjutsu. If he can break out of the genjutsu by using a huge outburst of chakra via the Gates then I'd give it to him.
It will probably end in a speed blitz at this point. If Tayuya uses genjutsu than yes she wins.
Kiba/Akamaru vs. Sakon/Ukon - Kiba/Akamaru did pretty well against them in the past. With their training, I wouldn't doubt that they can beat the duo now. It would be help if they don't have a limited amount of Fang Wolf Fang attacks anymore but we won't know for sure. The DB said that they got a new technique over the Time-Skip though.. wonder what that is.
Well Kiba should win with high difficulty since he did okay against them in part 1 but he hasn't showed any spectacular improvements to say that he has surpassed them completely.
It all depends on the match ups but I see the Konoha rookies win with mid difficulty since both Sakura and Rock Lee would beat the strongest of the sound four. Rock Lee could solo Kidomaru and Jiroubo while Sakura handles Tayuya. Sakon/Ukon get killed by Hinata and Kiba.
Still just because these rookies are from Shippuden does not mean they are automatically stronger than part 1 characters.
