1. Hashirama not regenerating himself is a downer but he can still grow a massive forest as well as use a huge number of wood clones so it will be hard to land a hit against him. Still if Itachi gets him in a Tsukiyomi which will be hard to do because of BoD and his prior experience in fighting Uchiha. Still you nerfed Sasuke to just the MS and made Itachi sick so team Senju takes this low-mid difficulty.

2. Team senju takes this mid difficulty.

3. Team senju takes this mid-high difficulty.

4. Team senju takes this high difficulty.

Hashirama has the potential to solo but he I believe the Uchiha bros are stronger than him but Tsunade herself can hold her own for a bit which allows Hashirama to win for sure.

I'm not totally sure at the 3rd situation...not at the 2nd one too.
But on my vote Hashirama & Tsunade 2 wins - Itachi & Sasuke 2 wins.
