I was just in the "your MS ability thread" and was pondering the MS, specifically sasuke's and itachi's. each has an eye for inton (shadow style ie genjutsu and imagination) and one for yoton (light style, physical attacks ie elements) and together they form one of the most powerful omnyoton (ying-yang release) techniques, susano'o.
1st: Itachi
Left Eye: Inton.
he uses tsukuyomi, a genjutsu, and one of the most powerful into attacks in the series.
Right Eye: Yoton.
he uses amaterasu, one of the most powerful physical attacks.
now that was pretty basic, but my real point is made by sasuke's interesting and unique mangekyo sharingan
2nd: Sasuke
Left Eye Yoton: amaterasu
Right eye: Inton (the real point of the thread)
he can change the form of the amaterasu here, and inton was described when the sage used omnyoton (creation of all things) as the ability to give form from nothingness. the inton changes the form of the amaterasu, so basically sasuke's amaterasu is omnyoton. he also always uses MS genjutsu from his right, inton eye.
Uchiha have this power blessed to they by the sage, as by their eyes, they can use omnyoton in the form of the susano'o, using inton to give form and yoton to give physical energy to the creation of pure chakra
am i a nerd for thinking about this is much?
