So basically they only have a moment before a perfect jin would wake up. But one moment is enough for skilled genjutsu users like Itachi, and to a lesser extent Sasuke. But we have yet to see his EMS genjutsu prowress. So puttin Naruto against the Uchiha brothers is still suicide
