Here are some strong people from the Senju Clan: Hashirama, Tobirama, Tsunade.

Here are some strong people from the Uchiha clan: Madara[Before death], Obito, Itachi.

It is revealed in the manga that both clans were equal but what do you think?

I think the Senju's were superior cause the Uchiha's have to kill best friend for MS and then go blind. Or steal another uchiha's MS to gain EMS but that means Uchiha's with no eyes. Senju don't have to sacrifice anything to get power.

Also, it's not 100% confirmed that you have to kill your best friend to achieve MS. Also, to get EMS it has to be a brothers eyes that you steal.
