There are so many things to be explained and that indicates that Naruto isn't going to end soon :D

The Senju stopped doing incest and found other people. Blood-ties thinned, and now only Tsunade is left.

It is unknown if the Senju clan still exists as an independent clan since there are no known persons with the Senju name alive — with the Fifth Hokage, Tsunade, being the only possible exception to date. It is very possible that the Senju clan disbanded into smaller clans and families, especially since they never had specific traits or techniques like the Uchiha or Hyūga clans with which to easily identify them. Their legacy however, lives on strongly in the hearts of the people of Konoha.

idk why that guy above is saying they cant reproduce

they disbanded. the senju didnt hav any visible traits/clan identifiers that kept most clans together. like the uchiha's sharingan. the byakugan of the hyuga clan. the aburame clan n its insects. nara clan's manipulation of shadows. even the uzumaki had a clan identifier - the red hair. so i guess without that link they drifted. jus having strong chakra n longevity doesnt really hold a clan together.

anyone knows what happened to the senju clan?

Some possible answers:

Just as the rule was, to not talk about the ninetails inside naruto and not give him the name namikaze, there could have been rules to bann the name senju.

They started smaller clans for themselfs, under different names.

They are still around, you just dont hear from them often or the name got lost often in marriage.

The Senju clan descended from the younger of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths who was born with the "body" of the Sage, inheriting his father's strength of will and physical energy and believed that love was the key to bringing peace to the world. The Sage grew to favour the ideals of his younger son over those of his older son, who believed that power alone was the true key to finding peace. Therefore, on his deathbed it was the younger of the two brothers that the Sage chose to name as his successor.

I was saying that Senju stop screwing other Senju and found non-senju to start families with. Bloodlines got thinner and thinner and so forth.
