madara doesnt have rinnegan any more so how is he controlling the Gedo Mazo

Well first of all nowhere in the manga does it say you need rinnegan to control gedo mazo. That is merely a theory by some of the fans. It is far more likely that when Tobi previously spoke about syncing Sasuke to the statue that it is the syncing process that allows someone to control the statue. Much like signing a contract with an animal gives you the ability to summon them when needed.

Madara does not seem to be manipulating the gedo mazo at this time merely leeching off of it. Before giving away his eyes he must have set everything up to automaticaly run such as the way it is giving him a way to live by feeding him chakra and producing white Zetsu clones.
