Imo I am saying Obito. Unlike other (known) users of the Mangekyō Sharingan, Obito's extensive usage of the ability of his Mangekyō Sharingan, mysteriously, does not seem to cause him any strain nor loss of eye sight any at all.

I think obito's ms abilities are badass, I think the reason why he has been able to use it without it straining him and it losing it's light is because of senju dna.

Obito also has powerful genjutsu's he controlled the kyuubi, the 4th mizukage and danzo's men. And offered to control yamato.

Now that I think of it, Itachi is one twisted psycho. He signs a blood contract with crows so that he can summon them, he entrusts the Uchiha clan's ultimate trasure (Shisui's eye) to a crow that faithfully wields the sharingan on his behalf, but the moment the crow has fulfilled it's purpose he mercilessly kills it. I guess this shouldn't be surprising from the shinobi who murdered every baby in the Uchiha clan, but still...

I'll have to say Itachi, since so far he has Tsukyomi/Amaterasu/Complete Susano'o which is imbued with Yata mirror & Totsuka blade.
We know that his Tsukyomi is almost instantaneously, and that his complete Susano'o has one of THE best ethereal shield and sword combination known in the series. Sure it might damage him intensely, but imagine if he had EMS

Everyone saying Itachi should think about how his genjutsu can be broken by another uchiha

Well yes of course, I know the strain Itachi goes through when using ANY MS skills. However, I still can't deny the fact that when he's around, he's a force to be recon with mainly because of his Tsukyomi ( in fact I'm sure he's known for his deadly genjutsu ). With Obito, yeah we haven't seen him being strained with his MS usage but who knows? I just prefer itachi's Tsukyomi since I've seen it in it's full potential and he was a well renowned shinobi for his Genjutsu alone.

P.S. Oh right I forgot that Susano'o comes when both MS are awakened, so Madara counts. Though I still wouldn't prefer him. Also, I highly doubt Meteor is an MS technique and if that was the case then I think even Itachi would know since he read the the tablet.
